4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order is not shipped, we suggest you contact us to confirm if it's possible to change it if you want to add some products, you can place a new order directly, please also contact us thus we can issue a refund of one shipping cost, and combine the shipping.
If the goods have already been delivered, we cannot cancel or change the order.

This depends on the carrier, shipping methods, and reasons for the delay. Most carriers will not reimburse shipping costs when there is a delay due to weather. If I am within driving distance of one of your locations, am I able to pick up my order at Fixabout in Melbourne?
